Gilead Trail

Note: This article is currently a draft and may not be complete.

The Gilead Trail was one of the first paths used as a roadway through Weston, dating back to the early 1800's. It followed a series of high ground and stretched from the Portage River near Findlay, Ohio, and made its way north through modern day Main Street in Weston. It ended near the Beaver Creek near the settlement of Gilead, or modern day Grand Rapids Village.
